We were delighted to work on this project for Govan Housing Association, which sought to consolidate the western edge of Govan's newly designated conservation area.

We looked to traditional tenemental living for inspiration, to develop a colourful streetscape that allowed individual identity for each home.

A particular aspect of this project that we are proud of is the mixed nature of its tenure, with as much quality afforded to homes for rent, shared equity and outright sale. This tenure mix is not visually apparent to the exterior, which we feel helps to ensure that the people who live in the homes are seen as equals, through equitable access to daylight, space and high quality finishes.
