DO are a multi-disciplinary studio based in Glasgow, working with artists, light and the built environment.

We consult, investigate, analyse and experiment to find innovative, exciting and sustainable solutions.

Our primary role in architecture is to create new buildings and spaces, and to re-model the existing built environment. We also have a responsibility and react to man-made environments and spaces which have been created, altered, deposited or abandoned by others, for this we use illumination and intervention.

DO are fully committed to education in architecture, we teach at The Mackintosh School of Architecture and The University of Strathclyde.

Adrian Stewart was awarded Young Architect of the Year 2002, at the Scottish Design Awards, and established DO as a limited company in 2005.
