DO are delighted to have received planning permission for the extension and internal re-modelling of a residential home situated in the historic area of Newlands in the southside of Glasgow.

With five levels across the entire house, what makes this project unique is that it seeks to create a greater connection to the garden from the existing 1970's house through the adjacent extended basement/garage building set at half-levels from the main house.  The extension comprises of kitchen and living areas with folding-sliding door access to garden with a mezzanine dining level above through which the rest of the house can be accessed.
