DO have been working with Govan Housing Association and Cruden Estates to create 102 new apartments at Golspie Street on the Western edge of the Govan Conservation Area.

The mixed tenure development includes apartments for sale, shared equity and for rent, providing a range of new homes to serve this growing community.

The long streetscape along Golspie Street is sliced into smaller more manageable blocks permitting views and sunlight to pass through into a private central courtyard, while dining bays on the main facade make reference to the local wally close tile colours and differentiate between individual apartments along Golspie Street.
